ClickSlim sells a compounded GLP-1/GIP program — tirzepatide, by its own asterisk — at "Starting at $299" on the card and "$299/month then $349 per month" in the block beneath. Two more blocks on the same page price the identical program at $349 then $399, and at $249 then $299, with standalone NAD+ appearing at $199, $229 and $249. Nothing on the page resolves which applies. More seriously, the three pricing cards lead off the site — two to an unfinished test site and the third to a page that doesn't exist. The NAD+ card also carries a "contains tirzepatide" label above a description entirely about energy and cellular vitality. What it does well: the compounding disclosure is direct, it states it is neither a pharmacy nor a manufacturer, and it names its lead clinician.
