1. Reading these terms
These terms govern your use of MetabolicMoms (the “magazine,” the “site”). Opening the site means you accept them. We revise them as the publication grows; the version posted here is the one that applies, and continuing to read after a change means you accept the update.
2. What we publish, and what it is not
We publish editorial reporting, essays, and ranked reviews of GLP-1 telehealth providers. None of it is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and none of it substitutes for a licensed clinician who knows your history. Compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. Decisions about starting, stopping, or changing any medication are between you and your clinician — see our medical disclaimer.
3. Rankings are opinion
The Editors' Rating and every ranking on this site are the editorial opinion of the desk, formed under a published rubric. Provider facts — price, states served, features — reflect each provider's public disclosures at the time we last reviewed them and change often. Confirm the current details on the provider's own site before you act. We make no warranty that any information here is complete, current, or free of error.
4. How we’re paid
Some outbound links are affiliate links, and a provider may pay us a referral fee if you sign up through one, at no additional cost to you. This funding is disclosed across the site and has no effect on an Editors' Rating. The full arrangement is laid out in our editorial-independence disclosure.
5. Providers are third parties
We link to provider websites we neither own nor control. We are not responsible for their content, prices, products, privacy practices, or the care they deliver. Any transaction you enter into with a provider is solely between you and that provider.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, MetabolicMoms, its publisher, and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content — including any decision you make about a provider or a medication.
7. Our work
The writing, rankings, scoring system, seals, and design of MetabolicMoms belong to the publisher and are protected by law. You are welcome to link to our pages and quote briefly with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions without permission.
