Semaglutide · Cash pay · Updated October 2026

The cheapest semaglutide online, and what the price leaves out.

Semaglutide is the active ingredient in Wegovy and Ozempic. This board compares the 25 lowest ongoing compounded semaglutide prices on a monthly budget basis, with the actual invoice period on each row and a note on whether the bill rises with the dose.

The short answer

The lowest monthly budget estimate here is $79/month, shared by 3 providers. The 25 cheapest top out at $119. CoreAge Rx is a featured partner, and providers we work with may appear first. Scores are our own.

Monthly figures are budget estimates for ongoing plans. Four-week invoices mean 13 payments per 52 weeks; we divide the annual total by 12 to compare them with calendar-month bills. Each provider row keeps its actual invoice amount and period. Unknown billing periods are excluded.

At these prices, a few dollars matter less than whether the figure holds at 2.4 mg. Our guide to how a flat price stops being flat covers the traps.

    CoreAge Rx

    Partner94 · A

The one program on this masthead whose number still makes sense at the top of the dose. A flat, all-in monthly price on both molecules, no teaser rate to expire, and a cancel button you can actually find — the closest thing to a family-budget guarantee we've reviewed.

    SnagRx

    Partner69 · C

Compounded semaglutide at $99 a month and tirzepatide at $149, month to month, one flat price that SnagRx says covers the medication, the supplies, the doctor review and shipping, with no membership fee and cancellation by email or phone. The $69 and $119 the homepage leads with are 12-month plans paid up front with no refund for unused months, shown under a live countdown clock, and the promise to lock that rate for life is marketing rather than a published term. It ships from licensed US pharmacies it never names, and publishes no list of the states it serves.

    Lttl

    Partner66 · C

Compounded semaglutide at $99 a month and tirzepatide at $149 month to month, the same price at every dose, with prepaid plans down to $89 and $139 and a separate microdose line for anyone who wants a gentler metabolic effect rather than maximum weight loss. Lttl covers all 50 states and Washington D.C., says it prescribes and ships within 48 hours, and attributes compounding to U.S.A.-licensed pharmacies it does not name. The catalog runs well past weight loss into NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and B12, so read the longevity menu as a separate business from the GLP-1 you came for. The struck-through prices and the first-month discount of up to $140 are promotional.

    48 · C

Compounded semaglutide at $79 a month and tirzepatide at $129, month to month, the same at every dose, with a renewal price that matches the joining price. The catch is how the homepage shows it: the only number on the page is "Starting at $49/month — Same Price Every Month", which is the twelve-month plan divided by twelve, not a monthly rate you can start on. All payments are final once made.

    Lean Meds

    47 · C

Lean Meds does one thing unusually well and one thing unusually badly, and both are visible before you spend anything. The good part: a single all-inclusive membership per molecule — visit, care plan, medication and shipping in one monthly charge — held flat no matter what dose you titrate to, with the entire four-tier price ladder printed on the homepage. Month to month that is $79 for compounded semaglutide and $129 for compounded tirzepatide, falling to $49 and $119 if you commit to a year; the flat-by-dose promise is worth more than either figure, because dose-priced competitors routinely double between a starting and a maintenance dose. The bad part: the $49 the homepage headlines is the twelve-month tier and runs under a live countdown timer, no clinician is named, and every payment is final the moment it is made — a three-, six- or twelve-month plan is not refunded in whole or in part.

    Mondae

    64 · C

A low, flat price: $87 a month for compounded semaglutide and $126 for compounded tirzepatide, or $75 and $124 a month on a three-month plan, with no membership fee on top and the rate held fixed as you titrate. That flat promise is worth more than the sticker, because dose-priced plans routinely double between a starting and a maintenance dose. What's missing: no pharmacy or clinician is named behind the contracted Bask Telehealth network, no labs are bundled, refunds are not guaranteed, and nothing on the site speaks to postpartum recovery, breastfeeding or PCOS.

altRx lists compounded semaglutide at $89 a month and tirzepatide at $149, with a no-price-hike promise on its product pages. Brand-name Ozempic, Wegovy and Zepbound are priced separately. The earlier October 5 deadline passed without these product prices increasing. Its operator also runs Trinity Meds and LevelsRx; the FDA warning letter is addressed to altRx itself. The semaglutide results section still contains an unfinished drafting instruction.

There is one price on this site — "Plans from $98.99/mo · confirmed after provider review" — with no breakdown by drug or dose, and beside it a stat block reading "0 states telehealth access", an unfilled counter left live. But the line that matters most is the headline result. "~15–20% avg. body-weight change", the site says, comes from "multi-center, placebo-controlled national clinical trials of Compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide formulations". No such trials exist. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved and are not put through registrational trials; those percentages belong to studies of the branded drugs.

    Pepti

    72 · C

Pepti prices its compounded GLP-1s by dose and publishes every step: semaglutide from $99 a month at the starter dose to $199 at 2.5mg, and tirzepatide (paired with vitamin B12) from $159 at 2.5mg to $319 at 15mg. Each price is all-in — medication, physician review, shipping, supplies and unlimited messaging with your care team, with no consult or membership fee. It now ships to all 50 states. The limits: the price climbs as your dose does, it is cash-pay only with no insurance billing, its compounding pharmacies are never named, and there is no FDA-approved brand option or needle-free form.

Livea is one of the few names here with a history predating the GLP-1 boom — it operates as Livea Medical, PLLC under Minnesota Weight Control, Inc., a weight-management business rather than a telehealth startup. Compounded semaglutide starts at $99 a month, tirzepatide at $199 "when available", a qualification most sellers leave out. Its FAQ also does something unusual: it puts its own price next to the alternative, "compared to $1,000+ per month for brand-name Ozempic or Wegovy".

Three plain prices, each said to include the consultation, medication, supplies and shipping: semaglutide injection at $99 a month, a sublingual semaglutide you take under the tongue at $149, and tirzepatide at $199. One wrinkle to clear up before you pay: the semaglutide plan card says the $99 covers "your first 4 weeks", while the FAQ on the same page calls it a monthly price. Ask what week five costs. No states are listed and no operating company is named.

    Ozi

    44 · C

Ozi now leads with semaglutide at $99 a month, billed monthly, under a "special" banner, and some visitors are shown $79 for the same plan. Read that number with care: the 12-week plan works out to $219 a month, more than the monthly price, which suggests the monthly figure may not be the long-run rate, and the page never says what it renews at. Tirzepatide is $189 for the first 4 weeks, then $379 a month. The basics are stronger than before: base labs through Quest or Labcorp are included, the four compounding pharmacies are named, it serves all 50 states plus D.C., the price does not rise with your dose, and brand-name Ozempic ($1,299) and Zepbound ($1,399) are also on offer.

    Velvet Rx

    42 · C

Velvet Rx is a study in how much a family can actually plan from what a provider publishes. On the credit side, three prices sit on its homepage before any intake, and they are competitive: injectable semaglutide as low as $99, injectable tirzepatide as low as $179, and a daily GLP-1 tablet as low as $149 — the tablet being genuinely uncommon on this page. On the debit side, all three carry 'as low as' and none is ever resolved. There is no pricing page — the 'See Pricing' button opens the intake — and no dose ladder, plan length or billing cadence. For budgeting that is the difference between a price and an opening bid, because the providers here that do publish a ladder routinely double between a starting and a maintenance dose. The homepage now leads with a celebrity, Raven-Symoné, and calls its medication 'FDA-approved' without saying whether the injections are brand-name or compounded. No compounding pharmacy, clinician or state list is named. Its operator is Rocket Health Inc., and neither the brand nor that company has an FDA warning letter on file.

At $99 for semaglutide and $149 for tirzepatide this is one of the lower flat rates on our list, and the promise that it will not rise is one of the few we could actually confirm in the checkout data rather than the marketing. Read the calendar, though: a plan month is four weeks, and the 'twelve-month' plan at $999 buys forty-eight weeks. The bigger caveat is who you are buying from — the same company operates altRx and LevelsRx, so some of the brands you compare it with are one business under another name.

How this list was picked

We took every provider with a published compounded semaglutide price and sorted by the comparable calendar-month budget estimate for an ongoing plan. The 25 lowest are here, partners first and then in monthly budget order. Brand-name Wegovy and Ozempic rows, prepaid terms, annual plans and microdose programs are excluded. Sublingual drops and tablets count only when a provider sells no injection.

Prices are read from each provider's own public site and dated on its review. When a site gives only a starting figure, we say so on the review rather than guessing the rest.

Reading the chips

  • Same price every dose — 16 of the 25 say one price covers the whole ladder up to maintenance.
  • Rises with dose — 4 say the quoted figure is for the starting dose and climbs from there.
  • Billed every 4 weeks — 13 charges a year, about 8% more than the same figure billed monthly. 2 on this board bill that way.
  • Medication billed separately — the figure is a membership or program fee, and the medicine costs extra.

Before you pay the lowest price

Ask which licensed pharmacy compounds it, whether the vial adds anything such as B12, who reviews your intake, and how you cancel. A cheap first month followed by a hard cancellation costs more than a slightly higher price you can stop.

Answered

What is the cheapest semaglutide online?

Among the 236 providers that publish a month-to-month compounded semaglutide price, the lowest calendar-month budget estimate is $79, shared by 3 providers. Four-week bills are annualized over 52 weeks and divided by 12; rows show actual invoice periods. The 25 lowest run up to $119. CoreAge Rx is a featured partner, and providers we work with may appear first. Scores are our own.

Is compounded semaglutide the same as Wegovy or Ozempic?

It is the same active ingredient, but not the same product. Wegovy and Ozempic are Novo Nordisk's FDA-approved medicines; compounded semaglutide is prepared by a pharmacy and is not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review it for safety, quality or effectiveness before it is sold. Many compounded versions also add an ingredient such as B12 or B6.

How much will semaglutide cost at my maintenance dose?

It depends on the provider's pricing model. Wegovy's schedule climbs from 0.25 mg a week to a 2.4 mg maintenance dose over about four months, and some programs charge more at each step. Of the 25 here, 16 say one price covers every dose and 4 say the price rises; the rest do not say.

Why does a membership change the real price?

Some providers quote the medication and charge a separate membership or visit fee on top, so the advertised figure is not what leaves your account. Where a record shows medication billed separately, the row says so. Add both before comparing.

Should I choose semaglutide or tirzepatide on price?

Compounded semaglutide is usually the cheaper of the two at the starting dose. Tirzepatide tends to produce more weight loss in trials, and some providers charge the same for both. Compare both boards at the dose you expect to stay on, and talk to your clinician about which suits your history.

Weighing the other molecule? See the cheapest tirzepatide board or the all-molecule cheapest GLP-1 board. Read compounded vs. brand on a family budget before you choose. Prices reflect each provider's public site at last review — confirm before you pay. Not medical advice.
