Between us and you

A privacy note

The short version: aggregate analytics runs by default, we never sell you, and you can switch it off on this page in one tap.

Analytics is on — and here is the switch

MetabolicMoms uses Google Consent Mode v2, and analytics storage runs by default: measurement starts when you land. This is a US publication, and US state privacy law works on notice and opt-out rather than asking permission first — so this page is the notice, and the control below is the opt-out.

Advertising storage stays denied, always — ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization, all three. No ad network runs on this magazine. Turning analytics on did not turn advertising on with it.

Checking your current setting…

What we measure

Google Analytics 4 records anonymized, aggregate signals: which pages get read, an approximate region derived from your IP (which is not stored), broad device and browser type, and where you arrived from. We use it for one purpose — to learn which reporting is worth doing more of. We do not build advertising profiles of you and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Changing your mind

Your choice lives only in your own browser, under the cookie-consent key — never on our servers. That makes it per-browser and per-device, and clearing this site's data returns you to the default. If you declined under our older consent note, that choice is still stored and still honored. There is no account to close.

When you leave for a provider

Follow an outbound link and you enter a provider's own site, with its own privacy practices we neither control nor speak for. Some of those links are affiliate links; how that works is spelled out in our funding disclosure.
