Wisp is still a genuine option — the women's-health brand a lot of mothers already trust, selling a GLP-1 with no needle in it — and that is precisely the catch. The $225 buys sublingual drops rather than the injection the evidence was built on, in 26 states rather than 50. Weigh the six factors below against your own priorities.

What we like
- A practice built around one condition, staffed by board-certified nurse practitioners who state they live with PCOS themselves
- Unlimited 30-minute video visits and unlimited messaging on the membership — among the most generous contact allowances on this roster
- Membership, evaluation and GLP-1 floor prices are all published before any account or intake, with a subscribe button beside them
The caveats
- The advertised '$150/mo' is medication only and unreachable without a $99-$129 membership, so the real floor is roughly $250-$280 before labs
- Publishes nothing at all about pregnancy, trying to conceive or breastfeeding — the only contraindication given is thyroid cancer or MEN2
- Never says whether its GLP-1 is compounded or brand, and no brand pen is priced anywhere on the site

- No needle — a sublingual formulation is a genuine door in for anyone an injection would stop

The caveats
- The compounded product is sublingual drops, a far less studied route than the weekly injection the trials used
- Weight Care reaches only 26 states and DC — Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania and Arizona are all excluded
- Wisp's own general FAQ says it prescribes in all 50 states, which contradicts its weight-care list
