WeightWatchers Clinic edges out Evernow on the Editors' Rating, 78 to 65 (C vs C). Mothers with insurance worth fighting for, who want an on-label pen, a board-certified clinician and life-stage programming — and who can commit to six or twelve months without needing an exit.
Evernow is still a genuine option — the one program on this masthead that will put a GLP-1 and hormone therapy on the same plan with one clinician holding both, in all fifty states, for the lowest membership fee we track. Then it prints the prepaid rate as the headline, publishes no cancellation policy at all, and will not say who its clinicians are. Weigh the six factors below against your own priorities.

What we like
- Prescribes brand-name Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound and Mounjaro alongside hormone therapy on one plan — 'Combine w/ HRT' is its own framing, and almost nobody else here offers it
- The lowest membership fee on this masthead at $49 month to month, with a $150 one-off consult for anyone who would rather not subscribe
- An affirmative, quotable coverage claim — 'We are now available in all 50 states, plus D.C.!' — rather than the silence most of this roster offers
The caveats
- The '$35/month' headline is the twelve-month prepaid rate, charged as $420 upfront; the real month-to-month rate is $49 and does not appear beside it
- No GLP-1 medication price is published anywhere, so what the pen costs is unknowable until your pharmacy benefit rules
- The terms of service contain no cancellation clause, no refund policy and no auto-renewal disclosure, while $129 and $420 prepaid plans are on sale

What we like
- Publishes the membership price to the dollar — $25 first month, then $74/mo on a year or $84/mo on six months — and says outright that medication is not in it
- Brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound and Saxenda, with the manufacturer's own pregnancy and lactation labeling, rather than a compounded vial
- A dedicated insurance coordinator runs the prior authorisations and chases coverage, which is the work most programmes leave to you
The caveats
- The clinical tier is a 6- or 12-month commitment; cancellation only takes effect at the end of the term
- The consultation fee and subscription fee are non-refundable once a billing period starts, and the agreement says payment does not guarantee the medication is available
- No medication price is published anywhere, so the number that decides your total is unknowable until your insurance rules
