CoreAge Rx edges out WeightCare on the Editors' Rating, 94 to 59 (A vs C). Mothers who want to know the real monthly cost before the free trial talks them into it — one flat price on semaglutide or tirzepatide, everywhere in the country, with no lock-in.
WeightCare is still a genuine option — weightCare publishes one of the fuller price tables we have seen, which makes it easy to see what commitment buys you. Month to month, compounded semaglutide is $399 and tirzepatide $499, the same at any dose. Prepay or commit and the monthly figure drops sharply: semaglutide is $249 a month on a three-month program paid up front and $139 on a 12-month plan, and tirzepatide is $299 on a three-month starter and $216 on a 12-month plan. Watch the renewals, though; WeightCare's own FAQ lists the three-month tirzepatide renewal at $997, about $333 a month. WeightCare also carries a February 2026 FDA warning letter because labels on its site implied it compounded the medication itself. It serves every state except Alaska, Hawaii, Louisiana and Mississippi, and refunds are generally available only before you submit your health questionnaire. CoreAge Rx
Editors' Rating 94/100 · Grade A
What we like
- Flat all-in price that doesn't step up after month one — the number you sign for is the number at the full dose
- Both compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide on a single account, so a molecule switch never resets the budget
- Licensed in all 50 states — care survives a move, a deployment, or a summer at the grandparents'
The caveats
- Not the rock-bottom sticker price — a bare teaser tier elsewhere can look cheaper for exactly one month
- Compounded only; no FDA-approved brand Wegovy or Zepbound if that is what you and your clinician want
- A general metabolic program, not a dedicated women's or maternal-health clinic
WeightCare
Editors' Rating 59/100 · Grade C

- Month-to-month plans cover every dose at one price
- Low committed rates: $139 a month for semaglutide on a 12-month plan
The caveats
- FDA warning letter #721478, dated February 20, 2026, to Weightless Medical LLC dba WeightCare, over product labels on its site that implied WeightCare compounded the semaglutide and tirzepatide
- Month-to-month prices of $399 and $499 are high for compounded medication
- The 3-month tirzepatide plan renews at $997, more than the starter rate
