Pay as you go and compounded semaglutide is $249, tirzepatide $359 — Fridays prints both, to its credit, and it also names the company behind the brand, its street address and its phone number, which is rarer than it should be. The reason to slow down here is the "96.8% success rate" beside the before-and-after photos. The footnote says it measures shipping. Weigh the six factors below against your own priorities.
